The disgraced Blatter has been banned from football related business for 8 years.

FIFA is a mechanism to take coin from stupid people who follow football teams.

Blatter is Swiss so stealing a cheeky $1.5 million is deemed as not a crime.

He is now looking into the ways he can claim welfare.

If I win $60 million in the lottery I promise not to turn into Elton John and marry a bloke and wear a wig  :rofl
