Monday Night Mid-War Madness 11JAN16
« on: January 10, 2016, 06:19:12 PM »

Personally, I'll be in there from 8PM Eastern. HellBuck had said he wanted to expand it
from 7-11 PM Eastern. So, if he's in there at 7, he'll be the head cheerleader for this week.  :aok

Channels to use for Monday Night Mid-War Madness are:

Knights tune 150 vox/text

Rooks tune 135 vox/text

Everyone tunes channel 1 (ALL)

"Official Unofficial Rules" : Maximum altitude 15,000 feet. (It's -very- rare to see guys up that high however)
No manning self-propelled or airfield AA guns.

Shuffler, thank you for the heads-up on the football game. If the numbers
get impacted negatively, we'll know that's the reason.
HellBuck, cc on the 9PM Eastern for you tonight. I'll "see" you in there. <S>

  Good hunting to all!

You need to join The Amalgamated Aces High Pilots Union! We'll even get you
time-and-a half for the last 12 of those 24 hours!

Another fun night. My A20 had more holes in it than I could count. That is whenever I did not break a wing off. LOL.

Another fun night.

It was!  I was pleased to see that both sides followed OddCAF's request to stay away from the opponents' base.  Haven't seen that sort of thing outside the AvA.  Excellent fights resulted, and I had a great time.  Thanks to whoever thought of this and keeps it going.

It was fun again. There was a squad using 150 that seemed bemused that we were in there fighting. We should pick a new channel from the start next as it was tough getting everyone on agter it started.

Yes, another fun night.  Side balance seemed to ebb and flow, but lots of good, fairly even fights.  Got into a couple of GREAT 1v1s that rarely happen in the MA.

<Salute> to all who participated.

Cya next Monday night.

I suggest upping one click on channel, rooks 136 and knights 151. Rooks had already taken to this last night. I switched rook to help even sides.

It might help folks to know that switching in MW does not affect LW. The switch time in MW is one hour.

Good call on the channel change.

we could use 223 so we can talk to each other across sides, but then you'll have to remember to use range only when being sneaky or giving check 6's
