Are you sure you can't see "Southern Conquest Axis General" in the "Special Events Forums" section?

p.s. I've never been in this area before (Scenario General) and I wouldn't have even seen this except Phast pointed it out to me.
So I'm expecting lots of other folks probably aren't seeing it either.

I have access to the Allied General forum OK, but don't see a General scenario forum (for both sides as we've had in the past).  I think this is an important part of any scenario.
