Move scenarios to 8pm EST.

We tried that.

Attendance was the same as when we run at 3 pm Eastern.   There were just no Europeans in it and some extra Americans that made up for the absence of Europeans.

Brooke We really need to rethink some things and ll to get everyone involved 3pm is hard for alot of people in the states just saying I thought BOG brought some good numbers in

Come On Axis We Really need to Fill Up come on I do not care about the 20 Buck Bounty that is up I would just like to see this Scenario fill up for both side so it is Fare

BOG did.  So did DGS and DGS II.

The time of Scenarios is a thing thoroughly discussed and considered by both players and CM's over the course of the last 12 years, as well as having been experimentally tested.  At this point, I feel confident that I could write a mathematical proof of its optimality. 

The upshot is that the data shows 3 pm has N Americans playing and M Europeans playing, and 8 pm has approx. N+M Americans playing and 0 Europeans playing (because 8 pm Eastern is 1 or 2 am in Europe depending on your location).
