key mapping not recognized in game
« on: January 29, 2016, 03:27:38 PM »
OK  one of you tech gurus, I need help.  Problem started when I added braking to my rudder pedals - now brakes don't work on keyboard and the range increase / decrease wont work as gunner even though they all show as being mapped when I go to keyboard mapping.
 tks in advance

When you map the analog command, the keyboard (digital) alter-ego will no longer work.

I don't know what pedals you have, there's different flavours of them. Anyhow, I have the cheaper Saitek ones moving back and forth for rudder and up and down for brakes. I suppose that's how all pedals with brakes work. The trick is, simply mapping them isn't enough, you'll have to calibrate the action, too.
