Southern Conquest scoring-playing questions

 If you get shot down, can you join a bomber as a gunner before the next phase starts?

Yes, or man a ship/field gun.  :)  In fact you are encouraged to help where it is needed, either as a gunner or to defend a ship/field.  I often hop between them depending on conditions.   :aok
