Chooka is a good 109 pilot too - he killed me while I was afk on climbout, but I ran into him later last night - very similar moves to another good 109 pilot, but since that particular pilot has something to say EVERY time he dies, and Chooka is silent, I doubt it's him shading, and just another 109 pilot with experience and likes the same E bleeding/overshoot maneuver.
I had an epic mutual death fight with Chooka. He was actually in a d-9 at the time. It reminded me of fighting Sawzaw in a d-9, only, frankly, better. In any case, it was a long fight and we both died. I'm ashamed to say that I was in a g-14 and, despite having his 6 most of the fight, he managed to pop me near the end. It looked like he was using the roll to pull high, almost like a yo-yo, then kick rudder. I had hit him several times and got the kill message as I hit the chute. I'm not sure if I hit him on the last burst or what. However, I was flying as a shade to my normal account and, I note, that shade earned, some time around then, an achievement for a kill with the .45... and I still don't know how for certain. Bottom line: he's a fun one.
I bought a shade account because I'm flying two stations right now, all for the purpose of having a home "Virtual Flight Arena". It's a fun thing. This second station is set up in front of a big screen and that fight actually had an audience viewing it, though it was only 1 person. Cheap entertainment...
