Location of the Beta File
« on: March 02, 2016, 06:17:53 PM »
Just noticed an issue.....

I have a solid state C drive and it holds 100 g.  with adding the Beta file ....it's red lining....and I'm sure as updates continue...it will max out.

I really would like to move it to my D drive......is that possible....or does it have to be in C sitting next to the original AH file. ??

thanks

I have not had AH on my C:\ drive for years without issue.
If you like the Sick Puppy Custom Sound Pack the please consider contributing for future updates by sending a months dues to Hitech Creations for account "Chalenge." Every little bit helps.

Install it anywhere you like.  The only hard rule is, "Do not install the Beta into the AH2 folder!  It will render both game DOA!".

You really do not want to run the Beta on an SSD anyway.  With the frequency of updates it will just make a mess of an SSD.
