Another awesome thing about Kung Fury:

The lead actor, who is Swedish, also wrote, directed, and fundraised for it, using crowdfunding.  It was done on a budget of about $600k.

That is part of what made it so awesome -- the somewhat fake German.  I *love* that scene.  It is so hilarious.

David Hasselhoff did the main theme song.  That alone makes watching Kung Fury a must.  The song inspired me and my squadron so much that we made it our squadron's theme song.
