After the first 4 episodes were released online by this time last year, HBO decided NYET! to the early screener release copies to critics/media. So, unlike last years, there will be NO reviews posted before the series airs, all the critics will have to watch along with the rest of us, and pound out the crap-torials into the wee hours of the morning to get their analysis of each episode out. Also, of course no fans will get early looks at the first episodes like years past. Unless of course there is a leak, but slim chance of that happening this year IMO.
This will be the first season where nobody will have a clue what's going to happen for a majority of the story lines, as the show is past the books in many regards now, and this IMO will make it a lot more interesting, and the "shock" scenes won't be anticipated like in years past with the red wedding et al and so on.
