I happened to notice that my windows had a notice that I had 3 back ground apps running. Never really thought about it since I got the new computer. Still though it didn't seem my computer was as smooth as should be.
So I looked into. Seems you can turn the apps off under settings/background apps. After that it game play is very smooth. Best I have had in years.
