We had Aron Ralston (127 hours/guy that cut his own arm off) in as a motivational speaker once. All the sales guys were like wow incredible. All the technical guys are like poor planning; failed to advise someone where he was going; poorly equipped for the outdoors (a blunt knife?); failed to come to a proper decision in a timely fashion; pretty much survived on luck - yeah that sounds just like sales/management
