Thursday Night Tank Fights in AH3 AVA--3/31/16 at 8pm EST

We will be Starting at 8PM EST in the AH3 AVA




This week we will be fighting and testing at the same time

I will be loading up the blksea terrain in the AH3 AVA for our usual free for all.

above you will see the 2 base that we will be fighting at.

Battle will ensue at 8pm at bases V46 and V48 in the AH3 AVA arena
please be prepared to report any bugs in the open beta test forum.
also be prepared to capture the opposite bases. this WILL be a heavy metal slug fest.

Tanks will be as follows:

Panzers
M18

M4's
Sherman firefly
M18

Could you put the map up early, so that it can get downloaded prior?  If that is a possibility without ruining the challenge.

as soon as I get home, ill load it up. my problem is I have to work til 7pm EST tonight. if I can get one of the other admins to put it up sooner, I will.

Another great time.    Besides a relatively smaller turnout, the map terrain was excellent.  Jaeger and shipper were great at setting spawn distances and icon display to make the most of the great group of guys that showed up.  I have to tell you, that HTC has done itself proud with terrain cover.  Unbelievably difficult to spot someone a few yards away.  But spot and fire we did! 

If work didn't interfere, I would still be there until redeyed and passed out!

The map terrain was HORRIBLE! Too many trees. Trees that grabbed tanks and forced you to tower out. Leaves that stopped AP rounds. I liked the other terrain we were using MUCH better. It just needs to be spread out a little more.

It does look really neat, but, the more I played the more it became frustrating to even find enemy tanks let alone shoot them, and jaeger had friendly and enemy tank icons on.

That area looks much more promising. Pockets of trees are fine. Thick forest isn't.
