Yes I have...I did it to try fix a graphics card issue...I was very scared....new things and all.... But I have found it an easy transition from windows 7...but I do have 8.1 on my laptop so I was used to the interface....the only issue I had was with Thunderbird (thought I had lost all my emails...many of which would have been a problem) but a quick google search and an update to windows10 thunderbird and all was sweet.
I keep getting the pop up for upgrade on my lappy (I just dismissed it for the past year) but have yet to do the upgrade as I have been waiting to see how my PC reacted first..... The day is coming though...

I think it is a sad testimony people feel they need to say they finally got a good update to Windows 10.  I am just glad they did not break DirectX again.  Although they did break multi-GPU support in DirectX12.

Statistically speaking, if enough updates are released, one of them is bound to be good.

Be careful with the laptop.  They have been taking a beating when trying to do the Windows 10 install.

There is a lot of broken functionality. Windows 10 does not like Palemoon, and it flakes out and stops responding for long periods. I use it to upload to YouTube and I have to just ignore it for hours.

Internet Explorer constantly crashes. Edge is no better.

Windows Explorer takes vacation while you are changing views to another drive and sometimes stops responding for one to two minutes.

Nvidia has broken Illustrator, and then fixed it. Microsoft then breaks it and then fixes it. Now it's Nvidia's turn.

Those are just the problems I see every day.
If you like the Sick Puppy Custom Sound Pack the please consider contributing for future updates by sending a months dues to Hitech Creations for account "Chalenge." Every little bit helps.

I! Windows 10 is amazing. Worked flawlessly on day one of me updating to it. Not only that but it fixed every single issue I was having with Windows 7. I'd highly recommend everyone to at least try it out, it's got to be one of the best OS's since XP!

Only 2 or 3 of my friends have had any kind of issues with Win10 and that's because they aren't really the most tech-savy of people and decided to go into their system registry to mess with windows updates. Told them to ask me for help next time to save them the headache. I could have told them immediately what a horrible idea messing with your system registry can be. At least we got it sorted out and they got off that train wreck known as Windows 8 and 8.1. So far they to have been loving Windows 10.

I think it safe to say most people will ignore this type of superficial or ideological exaltation given the number of complaints and well documented problems surrounding Windows 10.

Those who think they are not having any problems simply have not run into them yet, while others have.  Count yourself fortunate, today.

Pretty sure I did not imply anything at all.  I made the effort to be quite clear and concise.

You made it clear and concise that you think Windows 10 is a broken mess and anyone who hasn't had any issue they just have to give it time. This is literally true about anything ever. Give anything enough time and it'll break. The thing with Windows 10 is it doesn't break an entire computer on day one like Windows 8/8.1 does.

Also my windows 10 waifu is super すごいd かわいい

hmmmm The only issue I ever had with windows 8 was the interface as I didn't have a touch screen....but I found a way around that which was quite simple really (if i could sort it) then they did the 8.1 thing... I haven't had any issue with it at all re learning how to open folders was my biggest hardship but once that got inputted into muscle memory going back is just as much of a struggle hahaha..

And to be fair...the only reason for being scared of windows 10 is due to google.... so many aaarrrrrggggghhhhhs    hahahaha... due to my lack of making a boot disk (since you don't get a disc anymore) making a change I couldn't change back from was a scare factor....still haven't made a boot disc...(some people just don't learn do they hahaha) even typing this out now my head is say do it...but I won't

Correction.  I have never said Windows 10 is a "broken mess and anyone who hasn't had any issue they just have to give it time".  I did say to count yourself fortunate you have not run into the issues others have.

It is not my opinion there are problems with Windows 10.  There are problems with Windows 10.  I get most of my information from Microsoft.  I figure they know the product better than me or anyone else.

Every computer configuration is different.  They will all interact with Windows in different ways.  Some hit the problems right away, some will not.  It is unreasonable to assume the operating system is without flaw, when the creator of the operating system is fixing bugs as fast as they can.  Of course, they also introduce new bugs.  It is just the way it is.

The most recent "update" of Windows 10 (1511 14295.1000) broke the Wifi auto connect on startup, now I have to re-enter the password every restart.

My Windows 10 recommendation has been downgraded from "If you must" to "You're on your own."  :bhead
