Scottish Crash sites.
« on: April 07, 2016, 08:31:08 AM »
I have a new item on my bucket list.

http://www.aircrashsites-scotland.co.uk/sunderland-glen-loth.htm

My Uncle was the pilot. I find it unbelievable that there is still wreckage at the scene. According to this web site....there are dozens of sites around that have various bits of wreckage still visible.

I've been doing a mass of google searches to find the entire record of the court of inquiry in regards to my uncle's incident , but I'm not having much luck. I'm amazed that my brother-in-law was able to trip across this site.

I'm sure you guys would be interested to check out the web site.....really well done. And..if any of you could point me in a direction to find out more of what happened...I would greatly appreciate it.
