Digital Storm (a company that makes gaming computers) Eclipse (one of their models) w/ (with) GTX 970 (a specific generation of graphics card) and the Beta (Aces High 3), (delivers) 60 FPS (frames per second), all candy turned on (all of the graphics settings set to max detail).

You left out one piece of information: where? Frame rate in AH3 is dependant on the view. Flying at altitude it's easy to get 60fps even with everything max; my ancient system does. Try on the ground, say tower view at V59 on CraterMA with max zoom (Z + max on the [] keys). Your GTX970 will probably handle that higher stress just fine. I'd be interested in that result; although to be honest, I'm satisfied with the bunny with a pancake on his head.
