I'd commit to a single frame for the scenario, but all four is out of the question.
Perhaps modifying the registration page to accomodate a single frame
commitment might be an option?

That's why I voted for the 12-hour setup: figured it would be easier to get one full day off to myself rather than four half-days (five including May practice). I already know I'll have to miss the June 11th frame.

Brooke even though I signed up for the IL2s, I am wide open to transfer over to a buff ride if needed - I'm flexible for the attack/bomber role.

Sadly, but honestly, I think the days of AH having enough players to hold events like this are over.

Ranger, I thought that too in the recent past, but IMO once the new version is out, and HTC's plans regarding marketing and new game mechanics (possilby) hatch, that'll change.  Again, just my opinion, but considering the huge numbers inferior products still get in this WW2 genre, it's certainly far from impossible.

Sadly, but honestly, I think the days of AH having enough players to hold events like this are over.

We probably can't have events with 100 people per side or more these days.

However, much (maybe even most) of the WWII aerial combat action I read about doesn't involve, from any given combatant's point of view, 100 planes fighting 100 planes.

So, it is plenty historical and still lots of fun to have events that have 40 or even less on a side, if we can manage that.
