Hey Can someone tell me how you set the alt cap for the drone bombers in the staged missions? I was fooling around with a 262 in the allied bomber missions and its so aggravating trying to chase bombers at over 30k when historically they rarely flew that high due to factors like weather. Most planes in AH fly like crap over 30k and I do appreciate realism in the game but when you have to fly for three sectors to cover ground on a group of bombers thats a real drag. I mean dont get me wrong its not like I wanna rack up 10 bombers on a single run but I remember reading about how the germans would simply climb and the hold a pattern and attack when the bombers would pass 10k below.
Does anyone here feel the same? I would love someone to show me records of allied bombers in europe flying over say 28k and dropping bombs. Also its super annoying when your doing nearly 500 knots/MPH and the gunners saw your plane in half like they are mutant cyborg gunners with radar guided precision lol. Let me know what you guys think
