We have a group in our neighborhood. Each of us has one room with nothing but supplies. We have ready access to water and a way to purify. We have lots of food vacuum packed and adding to ammo every week.

We even have lots of firewood stored.

I grew up really poor. we had nothing but beans, rice and some salsa as condiments. if you telling me that I have store beans and rice to survive the zombie apocalypse. I would rather put a gun to my mouth. right after I shoot you
