there will be much gnashing of teeth from spitfire pilots when the A6m5 comes.

       
Here is a pretty a6m5c, note the 13mm on wings outside the 20mm, (the right side 7.9 cowl mg is deleted, the left cowl mg is 13mm)

Historically the spitfire was handed its butt on a platter in the pacific(puts on flame retardent asbestos suit)      

the spit9 and the a6m5 have similar top speed on the deck and the a6m5 is more maneuverable and over 1000lbs lighter than the spit V and has a lower stall speed than either spitfire!!!!          

I just hope we get options for gun configurations of the a6m5a(2 7.9mm, 2 20mm), a6m5b(1 7.9mm, 1 13mm, 2 20mm) along with the a6m5c's (3 13mm, 2 20mm)        

then there is the zeros endurance... almost 12 hours!

only problem is it's made of paper and the fuel catches fire. ( I wonder if they will model fuel fires in 1.03?)

Ah Citabria and lets not forget that if there is one plane who's controls get stiff/compress's faster than a 109, its our friendly Zero
