Why does this bother you guys?

There are usually only a few in those arenas, and any 262 they "earn" won't be much of a threat.

Let them have their EW shenanigans. Those guys help keep the AH lights on.

The point is they are using them in the LW main. If you want to fly 262s you should earn the points in LW to do so. Don't care if EW or MW gets populated.

My theory is because it falls in the valley that occurs between "Bothersome enough to Hitech to want to fix it" and "Too much of a pain in the backside to fix for the payoff."

Or it's possible he may be in favor of it.  Only he knows for sure.

It's not allowed and if the players are reported, they run the risk of having their perks removed and scores reset.

I agree, you should only be able to spend perks in the arena in which they are earned.  Great idea.  Would also like to see perks limited to the country you earned them on, however, HTC would most likely have to make major changes to the perk system, perhaps a complete  re-code of the entire perk system and I can't see that happening.  Ever.

Wouldn't effect me either way.  I tend to worry about my on stuff, and let others have fun their way.  Some of it make me  , but in the end it's a game.
