Since we can't be completely vigilant over the shady antics in Early War, make it nullify such antics.

From my experience, LW and MW are used to accumuate perks!
Since I am not really any good anymore, I have no problem with it!
Almost no one is in EW and in MW its generally crowded with nits.
So I give a -1

Who is in Early War are people circumventing the rules of fair play, in order to get un-earned perks that they use in Late War.

I agree. IMPO, I think the late and early war arenas should either be shut down or turned into smaller maps like Smog8 from H2H, with a player limit to 16 people. These smaller arenas would be incredibly fun and people couldn't just easily farm perks. 2 sides team deathmatch with mid or early war planes in small smog8 map. That would garner a lot of excitement.

Or combine the 2 that would be alright as well

I don't really see this same arena arrangement in AH3, but if it does continue I would suggest that arena-patrols might help to regulate the community in those arenas. It only takes three people to completely end the foolishness. That from experience.
