It's a normal part of the beta process for the game to crash with a new patch but since it isn't crashing for everybody it may be the hardware in your new PC.

It might help if you post the dxdiag for your new PC.

Does the DX11 version also crash? Look in the start menu to start it.

It also simply could be you have generic vga drivers on your video card.

A DXDIAG output would be helpful.

A DxDiag tells us what hardware, software, and driver versions you are using. Simply saying it's not working doesn't give any clues to help figure out the problem.

I'm sorry to say it looks like your PC is not made for gaming. It's more for web stuff and movies. Since it's all in one it's unlikely you can add a video card to improve it.

Even if we solved the reason the game will not get the opening splash screen (probably the old Intel video driver), that computer does not have the resources to run Aces High III.  The video chip only has 64MB of dedicated video RAM.  The game requires a minimum of 512MB of dedicated video RAM.

I think there should be something in the sticky threads that tells people with All-in-one computers that have integrated graphics that their systems will probably be incapable of running the Beta...Off hand I do not know of any All-in-ones that have the ability to have dedicated graphics cards installed in them....of course I'm probably wrong...I've got a top of the line All-in-one at the office here basically for customers who don't have computers at home to set up their automatic payments and there is no way to put one in it...as I was shopping for it I looked through many many all-in-ones and they were all the same...

The last couple of generations (i7 CPU) of the Intel video chip can run the Beta. so it is not unfeasible for an "all-in-one" to be able to run it.  How well?  Time will tell.

Without the entire DXDIAG output, it is difficult to ascertain exactly why this computer will not get to the opening splash screen.

He says it is a new computer, but the video drivers are from 4 years ago.  Really odd as Intel updates those drivers pretty often.  Makes me wonder about the sound card drivers as well.

It's an i3 CPU not an i5 so it may be "new" but not the latest version of the model.

Even 5 years ago that was not a top end machine. It has the setup of a client machine. Probably one of a corporate batch purchase that was never put in use.

It's not bad. It's just not good for gaming in its current configuration.

Aspire Z5700 ... Looks like the only thing you can increase is the RAM on that machine.
