Track ir 5 not working

  Track ir 5 is not working. I load track ir and the green light says it is on but when start  Aces Beta the second light does not light. There is no problem with Aces High 2, it works flawlessly. What setting am I missing?

Theres a bug in the current dx9 version, it should work in the DX11 version.
