it's not personal but with you guys and the other squad on the knights we were having eny issues big time.  so we switched to rooks to balance things out.  you guys didnt think about the eny when you switched. your 15 bucks, just like it is ours.

semp
It wasn't even a ENY thing...it was a too many green guys at every fight thing.

This comes as no surprise to me. Pigs on the wing have been most critical of the 49th and its desire to do missions and win maps. The constant negative remarks in forums and in country whenever the 49th flew as a knight was expressed by pigs on the wing. They have said many bad things and always the first to discourage strat raids or base takes. I find it very odd that when the 49th decided to fly knights this month the POTW decide to fly rooks next month. This game was never intended to be all about personal score and landing kills. Hopefully aces high 3 will promote team work and victory rather than killing and boasting.
Hahaha hasn't been in the game or bbs long enough to know the POTW roots....we were more of a base capture squad...

Did you know that Dogfite and the rest of the V guys started in POTW...they left because we didn't just run base capture missions.

My issue with the 49ers is they only think of the war....which is just a part of the game but then claim that people like me only think about fighters bit my scores every tour have everything for the most part.

Red is red and red=dead makes no matter to me if they are rooks or knights the only thing I know about them is they like to fight and way doesn't return salutes

Scott66......... I was chased in my M3 all over the place hiding and keeping an ear out for the pesky M8 who was in hot pursuit after dumping my troops out at a Rook base . I had decidedly had enough of this nonsense a hid behind a berm in ambush for the bloodhound like M8. Sure enough, passing right in front of my 50 cal. with its barrel pointed forward I sent the M8 into the "Here After"......the text buffer reading "You shot Waystin2 down". I chuckled a bit as I had out foxed a very capable and relentless advisory...... I sent the <S> knowing there wouldn't be one coming back. I almost fell out of my chair with the <S> was returned rather quickly. I'm kind of a new comer to the game only been playing for 1.5 years......I know there has been some bad blood between us and the Pigs, mostly it's egos I think. I don't really think that hate us......they might not like us, but I don't think there is real hatred between the two squads. In fact I wanted to reach out to the POTW to run a Mega Mission when we came over to the Knights, but was informed they were doing a tour on the Rooks. Sadly their deployment mirrors our stay on the Knights, which I might say has been fun playing along with the folks I met last time we toured the Kingdom.....The Pig are not bad they even showed up for one of our memorials for one of our 49er and it was nice to see differences set a side to remember a fellow AH enthusiast..... So Scott don't give up the faith, there is still hope the <S> you sent.....will be returned in kind.

Such hardship of eny is too much for anyone to endure. To be forced to fly in a less than perfect model is unthinkable. A war game should always make ready the best weapons at all times. One must never be in a situation where you are forced to fight without having the best at your disposal. Hardship in a war game is too much agony and must be avoided at all cost. Therefore you must prevent such hardship and absolute pain and mental distress by changing countries and flying for the enemy until the horrific situation subsides and eny is no longer an unbearable situation.

Your thoughtless syntax is the main reason this game is suffering.   The POTW finally decide to implement a squad wide: "Guys,  let's do the right thing".   But you post your irrational and selfish introspection?    One more 49 for the list.

POTW squad night is a great place to be if you want to fight, with or against us.
