Need help with bindings and other things

Hey guys, new player here. I got my joystick bound but when I'm binding the axis for the warthog throttle and my vkb pedals it doesn't seem to do anything and I'm not sure why. Was going to ask in a server that had players so i started my free trial but apparently I misread the part about selecting your username so it's some random numbers instead of a name, is there a way to change that?

In regards to name change you can go to the clip board and under O Club change name,  welcome aboard

when you are talking about binding/bounded are you meaning having them to where the game sees them and are useable ( this is what I think you mean )

In the clipboard click on the tabs in the following order --->/options/controls/map controllers: once you get to the Map Controllers Screen make sure you see all your flight controls in the drop down box at the top right

I also recommend clicking on the Advanced checkbox to open up the Scaling window page ( it's swing open to the left

I bound my vkb  pedals or in game "vkbsim blackbox" to analog yaw on the x rotation, which is what shows movement in game, however they don't seem to be doing anything. Same for my warthog throttle on z axis, I bound it to analog throttle input 1. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong but not sure what it is Whether I'm binding the wrong axis despite them being the ones showing movement or binding the wrong thing. It worked for the warthog stick so my guess is I'm choosing the wrong thing to bind to the pedals/throttle.

whenever I do this it seems to calibrate one and override all the others, instantly setting the aircraft at full throttle despite the pedals/stick having no bindings to throttle o.o

 If you come in the Training arena after 9pm est tonight I will try to walk you through the setup!

  I use several different controllers in my setup and once you figure a couple of simple things out it's pretty easy to setup and customize as you like.

  I'm old so I need to have it infront of me to explain and I'm on my laptop so I dont have access to the clipboard. Besides it's easier to just walk you through it while using vox!

Have you checked to see if your controllers work in windows?

My controls work in rise of flight, war thunder, IL-2: BoS. Hopefully I can hop on in a bit but the car decided to die so I'm currently busy with it
