I don't know how many of you used to be around for AW DOS, but there we had AI C47's and supply trucks both.
If you came online and you were the only guy there, you could hit an airfield and then lay in wait for the Gooney, or truck convoy. This was a great way to boost your score, too. We could also drop the ack at the primary field, and then sit at the Spitfire factory and shoot the Spit's as they were made. I remember many a mission in A26's where we did just that.
Well, at the risk of sounding dweeby, there was one time I was deep in C'ville blasting the fuel refinery, and shooting the trucks, and killing goons, when this guy Gritz comes online and says, "Come here, dweeb." I proceeded to run, of course, but real soon there's this Yak catching me, so I dive in my A26 and turn on him. He most have been in a hurry, because one displacement roll later he's out in front with the perfect amount of lead and dies. heh
Well, you'll never see
this host empty. Not for a long, long time.

It's great to see the convoys, and I do hope they are human controlled, and not AI!
