which bombs are selected?

When identical bomb loads are under the wings and in the bomb bay, is there a way to tell which is selected?

AFAIK there's no direct way to tell. The only way is to test it and then try to memorize which station is selected first when you takeoff.

If this is for the A20 (Which I find is most confusing as far as this goes) the initial bomb is your bomb bay bombs and under the wing are the second....would be nice to get a B500 or W500 so you can tell the difference (For new guys at bombing).

Perhaps even a .salvo ALL when the bomb doors are open and you really, really want to ruin someone's day?

Easiest way to solve it is to always open bomb bay doors, then it doesn't matter if you have selected bombs on the wings or in the bomb bay.

Dropping bomb bay bombs prior to wings makes flying the A20 a lot harder.

But yes, it would be nice with a way to see which bombs that are selected.
