Launched from CV 25 (Bish) and the LVTs spawned but did not start swimming in the water.

I just encountered the same.  Top speed was about 1mph, and the gear indicator cycled between 1 and 5 every couple of seconds.
I tried many combinations of engine restart, holding down the "W" key, reverse then forward...all to no avail.

I spent nearly 10 min. in the water before giving up so I'm not sure if it would have changed once feet-dry.

It also was happening off CV23 and then w handful of us drove from a VH to the river to cross it and it did the same thing.

When looking at the other LVTs they appear on top of the water and not in the water while we were experiencing this.

Locate one of the super large air fields with the river around it and the attached village. Spawn an LVT and drive down to the river and see if you can navigate around to the map room. Something to remember if you want to sneak up on someone in the village with a 75mm and no track squeeking.

This is like the old joke that voters are harsher to their beer brewer if he has an outage, than their politicians after raising their taxes. Death and taxes are certain but, fun and sex is only now.
