transparent color

I'm trying to change my ingame cursor, can someone tell me what r,g,b values for the transparent color in AH3

prob wrong forum to ask that  but if I think you must be talkin about  GUI in options-although I don't think you can change the color of your cursor  or icon

Not sure if it has changed, but I used to use middle gray which is 128,128,128.
