Not sure what you are talking about when you say "downloaded same file".
Please stop using the caps lock. Or is your keyboard only capable of doing CAPS? That might break some things in the game.
If you are using CAPS because you cannot read the small text, then there are several ways to address that (scaling the text in Windows, scaling the entire Windows visual system is also possible).
