he really does. He picked on a lot of kids in highschool. I wasn't one of them, but he does have issues.

He drove into a house drunk one day (under age) and the house he ran into ended up catching on fire too.  He has a fantastic record going right now.

This isn't 30 years ago when you can have a scrap and the cops just made sure it did not get out of hand.

A. If you win, you still lose. Either lawsuits or jail time.
B. Make sure the SOB doesn't bring a firearm, if he does it can get ugly. I gather from previous statements that he may be a bit unhinged.
C. If A and B are ignored, beat the living piss out of to the point the mere mention of you name will bring up memory's of fear and remorse. Kick him in the groin, when he doubles over grab him by the back of the head and drive his head into your knee. Afterward leg sweep him to the ground and step on his face. If done properly it ought to take less the 20 secs
