AH 3 DX 9 crash
« on: October 02, 2016, 01:31:46 PM »
Hello I've been playing using the dx 9 version since the dx 11 version is doing the white screen after a short time.
DX 9 version was fine until I  tried to go online into a arena it's crashing with an error, It's going online but as soon as I click to try  to  enter the tower/arena crash was working a couple of hours ago and I haven't changed anything I'm aware of..
I can get event viewer info if you need.

One strange sentence in your DxDiag caught my eye: "No sound card was found.  If one is expected, you should install a sound driver provided by the hardware manufacturer."

OK, two sentences. Anyhow, have you installed your motherboard drivers or are they provided by Microsoft during the Windows installation?

HDMI audio can be a PITA. If you don't use it, disable it and remove the drivers for it.
