Game Freeze on Rearm Pad
« on: October 04, 2016, 07:21:20 PM »
Game froze, locked up on rearm pad.  Tried to alt tab, didn't work. Tried to open task manager to close the program, it did not list the programs running like normal.  My screen just went white.  I was able to open the task manger using my second monitor and was able to shut down the computer.  A squad mate indicated he saw my aircraft floating up to the clouds.  Hope I didn't lose one of my very few, very very few, kills :noid

Were you flying on the edge of the map?

No, I do not believe so.  I shall review my films and let you know for sure.  Would you like me to post them?

I have reviewed my tapes.  I automatically record all flights with the AH Film system for educational purposes (I don't fly very well).  Unfortunately, when the system crashed, the AH film recorder does not save the film.  I also checked my Action Film recorder and did not have the program running for those flights (unless that also negates saving the filming.  I am not all that computer literate as well  :) ).  This error on my part will be corrected :salute.  I shall hence forth film in both AH film and Action.

I do not recall ever flying close to the boarders of the map.  I have never pursued any "bandits" close to the boarder, if memory serves me correctly, in AH III.
