New Map Buzzasw factory bug.

C03 AMF doesn't exist. Had been hit hard, but is still showing 100% (it's currently a Knight factory).  .dt c03amf returns "invalid object name". Same goes for C03 BAF.
CIT, AAF, FUF, RDF all seem to work.

There seams to be a bug with the ports also.something about all port boats going to bish or something along that line.
