Jets are a lot more expensive! 

I've got a standing offer from a buddy that owns a company with a T-38. If I buy the gas, he'll take me supersonic.

Unfortunately, that comes out to about $1400/hour, even with a relatively short flight above the sound barrier. Maybe in a few years.

Ok, the first batch of videos are done. I didn't do anything cheesy, like add music, so you can just hear the pilot and I on the intercom, and some radio chatter from the other plane.

These are all of the maneuvers, most of which actually came after the dogfights were done. Roughly in the order we did them.

This was the fun one. It went a few circles with me closing in slowly, and about the time I would have taken the shot, he reversed, spoiling it. Then it went vertical....and I got the kill.

Heck, I paid more than that just ride in the back seat of a P-51 (Gunfighter) for 30 minutes, and it was worth every penny. I'm even thinking of selling one of my Martins so I can do it again. DO IT! You'll never regret it.
