What time on Friday is SEA 1 setup for FSO?

We have guys with slow downloads so I need them to log in as soon as possible in case they need an update.

We had a player miss frame one because he logged in 20 minutes prior to the frame and it required updating.

Many times the arena is set up by Wednesday or Thursday evening.

You or your guys could also create a custom arena anytime, and choose the same terrain as will be used for FSO; the terrain will then download right away.
