The only time i've ever seen flyboys in the WWI arena is after the main war was won.  Usually get a few in for a couple turns.   IF we got a tank, i'd like to hand drop 10llb'ers over the side!  :D

WW1 arena is now the mow the grass and miss the trees arena. Fought in there a bit to see how it was changed. The fields are so close together along with no auto ack, that it's up and drive your kite straight over to the enemy field in the grass. Then jump up out of the grass and shoot them in the bum. And with lopsided numbers, you might as well fly into a tree for them or just sit on the runway and wait for a collision. GV's would not help as much as fleshing out the plane set and spreading the fields out a bit farther. Even 1 more plane would be an improvement.
