Frame-Rate When Opening Clipboard (Patch #8)

I notice no impact on frame-rate when opening and closing the clipboard map, since the latest patch.
Holding a steady 60 FPS.

When I did the up date today, the game went from DX11 back to DX9?????? :headscratch:

In your start menu, where there should be an Aces High III folder, you can launch either DX9 or DX11 from there.

after dl the patch it says do you want to start game  dx9..
noticed it a few patches back, i click no the launch dx11
