Patching terrset01/03.res failed

It happened for  the second time terrset01.res patching failed - previously it was terrset03.res.

The problem is the full file is rather large and downloading it via the game is very slow - I finally downloaded via http and put the file in the directory.

Another issue is that downloading via the game is almost always much slower than direct download via http.

I can't find any logs I can send... what may help you to resolve the issue?

I believe your the only one reporting this issue. Any possibility the a firewall/ anti virus is interfering?

Where did you download it from with the browser?

Also I have no idea why AH would be slower, it also is downloading via HTTP and in testing I was matching speeds with the browsers.

I don't have any antivirus installed as it does more damage than added value

For example, this patch  http://dlrobin.hitechcreations.com/AHIII3008TO3009.EXE took to download for less than a minute in browser and about 3 minutes in game - and it is tiny.

More disturbing me is terrset00x.res patch failing.
