Well, you probably wouldn't have known but Sled is an old stick that took a break, that's his attempt at a humorous return.
It's funny if you know that he prefers not to take bullets because he can't aim for crap anyway.  In fact, I wouldn't be concerned one bit if he tried to intentionally ram you, I'd worry about the guy next to you.
