Nooooooooooooooooooot very well! I look down besides my nose for the little stuff, and I just raise the Rift and set it on top of my head for big typing jobs. It's a little bit of a PITA, but not a deal breaker.

Wingman: "Roger, It's 1:30 now, what do I do 'til then?"

No, but if you can touch type you're covered. Or find an old school keyboard which has the lumps on a couple of the keys (F and J).

Otherwise use vox.

One squad mate uses VR.  He has Voice Attack to replace the keyboard.  You can say things like "Salvo 3" to change salvo.  I have started to use Voice Attacks as well.  With a couple of voice training sessions it works good.

I think he has it fixed too where he can dictate to a buffer then post that in the text buffer.

I have a logitech keyboard with the lumps so I just peer down the nose gap and then touch type.
Mostly I don't type or really read the text buffer much.

You actually quickly become proficient in hitting the right key blindly. Muscle memory is amazing.

Most people have a small gap at the nose, or you can adjust your headset to fit that way, so you can glance down and find the KB if you really need to - you can order custom keycaps if your KB doesn't have the little bumps on F and J as well.  If you're not a touch typist, the nose gap is all you've got really, that or set up the voice attack type programs.

You'll find you adjust to it very quickly, couple days and you won't even worry about it.
