So has it because it sure acts like it has. ap rounds just don't have the kill power they once had. get a side shot at at34 today and got thee good shots at less than 600 and nothing. same with a flack and a panther. I'm not talking about front armor shots. these are either close range side or rear end shots. don't even kill there engine.just asking because it gets alittle frustrating when you get the jump on some body and it like throwing rubbers balls at them.and then end up in the hanger.
