What ever happened to...

The Drunken Monkeys?

Figured I would ask since I see some others asking about old squads. I left the game for a few years and come back...no monkeys.

Grybusey was an old DM and still flying.  Not sure what his DM handle was though.

I remember the arrival of DMGod's offspring. :rock He must have left right after I did. Someone in another thread mentioned "an incident" and I am glad to hear that was not the case for DMGod and crew. I've seen(killed/been killed by) Busey a couple times, on different countries. :salute I hope more of the old squad comes back. AHIII is a great upgrade!

Then it becomes the wife is happier with him playing AH than going out drinking a few years later. 15 years ago mine expected me to let go of the stick when she walked in the room no matter what I was in the middle of. Today, at least she knows where I am and that I'm not out at night in an unsafe world.

I have an agreement with my Wife.  Whenever she needs access to me and I am at my computer, she places a small model of an old, whiny man on my desk.

I then work to a point where I can take a break to see what she needs.

It has worked really well.

That's why I stopped players years ago. Had a newborn and the wife ack was hell. Figured my best bet was to stop playing the game, so I could keep my head in real life. Just trying to get set up to come back. First thing first get a computer lol. To bad that is a requirement to play AH lol.

Definitely need to dodge those bullets,
I find it best not to be active on AH when she comes back from being out works, a treat....

On a side note, I have kindly put a phone tracker app on my wife's phone so if she looses it I can always see where it is..arnt I a kind good Hubby!  :devil

Im sorry, when ever I see the title of this thread "What ever happened to..." I start singing

....... Saturday night?
When you dressed up sharp and you felt alright
It don't seem the same since cosmic light
Came into my life, I thought I was divine
I used to go for a ride with a chick who'd go
And listen to the music on the radio
A saxophone was blowing on a rock and roll show
We climbed in the back seat, really had a good time
Hot patootie, bless my soul
Really love that rock and roll
Hot patootie, bless my soul
I really love that rock and roll
Hot patootie, bless my soul
I really love that rock and roll
Hot patootie, bless my soul
I really love that rock and roll

Anyone else?  :D
