After update, had to copy a file to make ah3 dx9 work.

I logged in this morning, got the update and ah3 dx9 would not run.

I copied a file named xinput9_1_0.dll from C:\Hitech Creations\Aces High III\aweplugin directory to C:\Hitech Creations\Aces High III\ directory and now it works.

I cannot duplicate this error.  When do you get the error?

What operating system are you running on your computer?

I got an error message saying that file did not exist so I did what I always do when I get the error and found it........then copied it to the aces high directory.

Maybe my computer glitched as a file copy or file deletion was going on.

It was the most recent update which installed just a few minutes before the post........but I hadn't played in a few days.

If nobody else get's it, no big deal.........but if they do.......copying it worked.

Windows XP media center edition updated as far as it can be updated.
