What does Tracker Mode Move do?
« on: December 18, 2016, 11:01:31 AM »
I get the idea it has something to do with like using TrackIR but just a little confused about the option.
I am guessing it can be used with moving my point of view while using TrackIR.  I mean that say if I am a short pilot and decide to put some cushions under my butt so as to see better over the nose of the air craft.  I hope that is what it does but even if it does do that I don't know how to set the position.

You should be able to set your head position with TrackIR by moving your head where you want it then pressing F10 to save the position.

For example to raise your head you can put some cushions on your chair then use F10 to save the new higher position, then remove the cushions.

You can also get the same effect by slouching down in your chair, pressing Tracker Center, then sitting up straight again.

You can also use Tracker Center to reduce neck strain. If you get in a long turn fight and get tired looking up and you don't want to use hat views to override TrackIR you can look down, press Tracker Center, then look back up without strain. To return to your normal view just press Tracker Center again.

I believe those keys was HTC's accomidation for  F Keys that are native to TrackerIR.  The Center key for TrackIR is F12 and in AH F12 is one of your voice channels so AH provided the Ctrl + F4 = center function.

The Tracker commands work with VR as well as TrackIR.
