There has been many suggestions posted here on the boards. Localized ENY, zone base strat, specialized base percentages to win the war per map (smaller map, need larger percentage, large map need smaller percentage) Maps should last one or two days. They should never be able to be won in a few hours or take longer than the two days to move on to that next one.
Put a cap on how many resupplies can be run to a town. 5 drops max, after that you have to defend in a plane or GV or lose the base. That would give the defending team time to organize a defense, but not totally halt any chance the base being captured due to continual resupply.
Im sure there are many more things HTC could do to put the fight back into this game instead of the melted down version we have now where it is horde/roll base after base with 2x the numbers over the foes.
