I moved this form the "Bug Report" forum as there is not enough information to determine if this is a game bug or a system configuration issue.  As Windows 10 changes, without your knowledge, it could be either.

Try manually updating the NVidia driver.  Do not install the HDMI NVidia sound driver.

Also check for an updated sound driver for the Realtek sound card.  That driver you are using is very old.

With Windows 10, you have to stay on top of things.  It will update drivers when you do not want to and it will not update drivers when it should.

I would like to see the entire DXDIAG file.  Please ZIP it up and post it as an attachment.

Also note, in the game installation folder is a "temp" folder.  Look in that folder for any *.dmp (dumps) files and post them in the "Bug Report" forum as they contain useful information about what happened.

Skuzzy, probably should put this in the tech support originally, my bad. You asked about dmp files in the temp folder but said to put them in the bug report forum but isn't that where you moved this post from?

Need to see the latest DXDIAG output.  The one you posted still has the old NVidia driver in it.

As far as the *.dmp files go.  Always post those in the "Bug Report" forum.

Do not trust Windows to do any updates of those drivers.  Go to the manufacturer WEB site and look for the latest.  The audio driver you are using was done long before Windows 10 ever shipped.

Try removing your WEB cam from the computer.  Windows 10 had some serious issues with WEB cams in a recent update.

Also, those RealTek drivers have to be updated.  If Gigabyte has not posted updated drivers it could mean they have no intention of supporting Windows 10 on that motherboard.  There is quite a bit of older hardware not supported by Windows 10.

I also noted the motherboard drivers have not been updated either.  They appear to be from 2012 as well, which means they are not native Windows 10 drivers.

I know this is out of turn, but Skuzzy did you receive my "message"?

None of my "sent items" are showing up so I'm not sure if my message to you actually got to you....

In the games installation folder, are there any *.dmp files in the games "temp" folder?

If not, then the game does not sound like it can even finish a complete load.  Are you running any anti-xxxx software?

The only other oddity I can spot in the DXDIAG output is the vertical sync rate does not seem right.  It is showing 75Hz, instead of the native 60Hz.  Not sure how that is possible.

Skuzzy there are a few dmp files but for the life of me cant figure how to open or even cut and paste? Actually it wont let me copy to here?

Zip them up, as they do compress well, then make a new post in the "Bug Reports" forum describing when the game crashes and attach those files to that post.
