MOTD pause while opening

How do you pause the MOTD when logging into the game. I see the advice message but it's only there a second and I don't read that fast...

If you want to re-read the MOTD, you'll find it in the Clipboard, right column, titled Arena Message.

While I tested this, I could scroll up and down the message as much as I wanted.

He may be talking about the help quotes that pop up while the game loads.

"There will be bugs. Report them on the forums." "The Check Six voice is actually HiTech. Most players change it as soon as possible." Oh yes, they disappear in a few seconds.

Snkbyt, if those are what you meant, there's both humorous and instructive messages. They change every time you log in to an arena. There's not too many of them, you'll soon have seen each one more than once. Further, there's nothing in them that you could not get from other sources such as this forum or the Help on the main page. Take a look at the Help and you'll notice that the instructive messages are only tidbits of the plethora of information.
