Famous Last words.

Heard on 200 yesterday:

 "It is highly unlikely that cv ack is gonna hurt me"...

You cannot guess what happened next.  :rofl


(i was rtb after a strat run and said player intended to vulch me on landing so i kept going to the next base and during the way we passed a friendly cv...)

Whats the big deal? They only came home early....

It seems to happen more often than not in perk birds.....

Maybe the poor guy just wanted to play the game by interacting with another person in combat? Like go kill something that could maybe kill him back?

Instead he ended up dying to a random number generator, and you spent your time blowing up inanimate objects, both sound like a waste of time to me.

The poor guy intended to vulch me on landing. I was rtb after a strat run almost out of ammo after previous encounters so it was not the right time to engage in any more combat. We were 3 sectors in on friendly territory when he died so if he wanted to fight someone there was much easier way to do it than chasing bombers for 30 mins. He also had to reduce throttle in order to save fuel so he was barely catching up with me. if could easily have climbed up and intercepted if he wanted to fight.
